Sept 13th was my 22nd birthday and it was an eventful day. We woke up that morning and Kyle went to work for a little bit to earn some extra money and after I opened my gifts I saw why. While he went to work, I went to school so I could study a little bit. Then we went out to lunch with the coolest, most awesomest girl named Analee Ashby from work to Tucanos Brazilian restuarant. She was soo much fun to go to lunch with! lol (Is that better missy?) After that we went to the BYU football game vs. UCLA. It was suppose to be a good game but no, we killed them like 52-0 or something. It was so stinking hot outside so I was kinda falling asleep. After that, we went back home and opened gifts before we went to the Orem Owlz baseball game. Then we came home and were so exhausted we both just crashed. Scroll down to see how funny Kyle is....
So I told Kyle to surprise me with my gifts this year b/c I NEVER get surprises. So he brought them in one by one in a big black plastic bag ( we called that the Debby method) lol.
So this is why I don't like surprised b/c they are so random that I don't know how to respond. Kyle is so dang cute tho. He was like...I HAD THIS PICKED OUT FOR SOOOO LONG!! The reason behind it is that I can't fall asleep super fast so I read or study in bed and I have a bad neck so Kyle thought a back pillow was an awesome gift, which by the way, i do love it! It was just so random. And he made sure he picked out the perfect color to match our bedspread. haha, I love him to much.
So I think this gift was addressed to Kyle b/c it is a surround sound that he found on sale. haha It's still in the box because I'm not sure we can afford this at the moment. We shall see. My face was good on this one. I was like... OOoohh, um...
Kyle got me one more and it was a photo printer for my camera. That is still in the box too b/c I hate spending $$$ on me. I'm still trying to decide. But thank you Kyle for all the thought and $$ you put into my birthday!

A girl from work huh? I put you on my blog as, "...my GOOD friend Heather from work..." (I even put your name) and you put me on yours as "...a girl from work..." I don't even have a name. I'm glad you got peed on in trauma A. Ha ha ha. And yes, you take pics of the exact same things I took and put them up. You can't cheat though, only me. :)
Whoa!!!....you know what that was for:) Anyway...camping looks like so much fun. That is a cool pic of your dad, he really does look transparent. You took so long to blog about your bday that I started to think that I forgot to call you:) I love the pillow and keep your stuff because one day you'll wish you had it and then you REALLY wont have the money to buy it:)...like when you have two kids in diapers:) lol

Well, it's good to know that we are so alike. I hate having money spent on me too and my hubby gets me really random things as well. I think birthdays are actually excuses to buy things that we really want ourelves but hope that it can count as a birthday present. But, hey, at least you got a back pillow...I am sure it is a very coveted gift....by... ummm.. someone... JK, at least Kyle is concerned about your comfort, right?
Oh yeah super fun with a sick child and one stuck to the front of me. totally just a barrel of fun for me...woo...hoo...:) but seriously if you blow some of those pics up they are some of my favs. he looks beautiful.

Heather I'm so glad you have a blog!! It's great being able to catch up with everyone. Happy belated birthday, your birthday is the same day as my dad's so I will always remember it!
